About the run

Enjoy an early morning run/walk along the scenic Chattahoochee River with fellow active and healthy fitness-lovers in the 5th Annual River Run for Hope. This flat course incorporates both road and trail running on one of the most popular running routes in Roswell!

Awards

CASH awards for overall and masters male and female winners, plus awards in 12 age categories. All 1 Mile Fun Run finishers receive bracelets.

Fun

Everyone will enjoy a fun-filled post race party of music, food, and prizes. Riverside Park is right next door for picnicking afterward and features a great playground and Splash Pad to keep the kids occupied! This is a family, children, pet-friendly event.  Baby strollers are welcome as are walkers.

About the Ghana Friendship Project

The Ghana Friendship Project was formed in 2011 and filed its application for 501c3 status with the Internal Revenue Service in 2012. The Ghana Friendship project is currently working with All Saints Catholic Church and Helping Hands Medical Missions, Inc. in furtherance of its mission to provide health, medical, educational, and social programs for the people of Ghana.
